Lined tote bag

This is my latest creation - a spotty tote bag with a smily Mrs. Flower on the front. It's fully lined and machine sewn, and I'm really quite pleased with it!

Sorry for the delay!

It's been two whole weeks since I last posted on here - I'm sorry, dear readers! It's been a really manic two weeks so I do have a good excuse (honest!).

Since going part-time at work I've been busier than I ever thought possible - I am teaching 4 evenings a week now including a class of 10 which is great.

And also, my dad has been very ill this past few weeks so I have been rushing all over the place, including a delightful late night trip to the hospital at 12.30 on saturday night (nicely timed, Dad).. he seems to be improving now though, so that's good.

Consequently I have not been left with very much time at all to do my peggycrafts things, but have no fear, I will be back with a vengeance soon! I also found out about a new fabric superstore (how did I not know of this before?) in Manchester so I will be going along there as soon as I get a spare hour.

Being planet friendly

I've added a new PeggyCrafts sturdy, re-usable cotton shopping bag to my etsy shop.

It's nice to think that my little crafty bag might save someone from having to use lots and lots of carrier bags. PeggyCrafts is going green! :)

Scented Mrs. Flowers

I'd better not tell anyone on here that this was actually my boyfriends's idea, as it might make him appear less manly than he would hope. So, no-one tell him! ;-)
